Tim was born in Laurinburg, North Carolina and graduated Scotland High School in 1979, and at 17 he attended Richmond College to obtain his Criminal Justice Degree. In 1981 J.P. Stevens hired Tim to oversee the Finishing Plant operations for the largest textile plant in North America. Tiring of the textile industry, Tim moved to Florida and started his second career at Wilderness Country Club on December 10, 1990. He quickly learned to love the nature and friendliness of the community an its members. Tim earned his Community Association Managers license in 1996. Continuing his education, he became a certified home inspector. Tim brings to his role a North Carolina smile and infectious personality, eagerness to serve the membership and a passion for the hospitality industry. Tim married his wife Teresa in 1988 on the Rose OShea in Naples. His son Brandon grew up in Wilderness and is now an attorney in Fort Myers, and his daughter Rachel is the director of services for Autistic children in Charlotte, NC. When not at work, Tim enjoys sports, playing catch with his dog Charlotte, church activities and spending quality time with family.
