Born and raised in Michigan, John was working at the Ritz Carlton Hotels and transferred to the Ritz Naples property in 1990. He worked with the Ritz Carlton hotel company for nine years and found a home and passion for the Naples lifestyle. After a few years and a some fantastic career-making positions, John accepted the challenge of the Caesars Palace Convention Center in Las Vegas. This led to four years in the Bahamas at the Atlantis Resort and Casino and The One and Only Ocean Club. Naples called him home and he joined Bay Colony Beach Club for seven years prior to joining The Players Club & Spa, where he spent four years before joining the Wilderness family. John is a lover of animals, and a die-hard Detroit Lions fan.
